About our Homeowners Association
General Information
The Mount Tabor Meadows Homeowners Association has the following membership fees:
- New Property Owner Fee: $700 ($600 Initiation Fee + $100 Document Preparation Fee)
- Annual Dues: $330
The HOA holds its Annual General Meeting once per year. The Board determines the place, date and time of the meeting. Notices are emailed to all homeowners in advance.
Minutes are recorded for each HOA meeting. If you need more information, please Email the HOA Board at hoaboard@mount-tabor-meadows.org
HOA Board & Officers (June 2025 - May 2026)
Board meetings are held periodically, as scheduled by the Board of Directors. All neighborhood residents are welcome to attend. Information on the Board meeting schedule is emailed to members.
